Our 3+1 program is an accelerated business and leadership program combining three years of undergraduate study in 会计, business administration, human resource management or 市场营销, with one year in SMWC’s distinguished Master of Leadership Development (MLD) program. You can have a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree at the end of four years!

What is the 3+1 Program?
Our 3+1 degree program allows a student to earn a bachelor’s degree in a business field and a master’s degree in leadership development in four years of attendance and classes.

What are the admission requirements for this program?
- A high school GPA of 3.5或以上
- An SAT score of 1100 or higher or an ACT score of 24 or higher
